More About Dominic
During his deployment to Iraq in 2016, Dom earned a master’s in project management and transitioned his expertise to the healthcare sector. There, he established a pioneering Project Management Office (PMO) and led over 200 multi-modal improvement projects across construction, clinical operations, supply chain, and more.
Today, Dom brings his passion for continuous improvement to small businesses and non-profits, helping them achieve sustainable growth by overcoming operational challenges. Outside of work, Dom enjoys fly-fishing with his son, viewing it as a lifelong learning experience that mirrors the adaptive skills crucial in his professional life.
